yes. easy +2.... I have a question, when will GIB raise 3H or 4H? he raises 3H or 4H only with 4h? And what do 3h and 4H mean?

According to barmar on previous thread I started:
4h = "picture bid", no control in minors, min opener, so some 5422 hand usually.
3h = 4 cd support or 3cd with extra values. With 3 cd support and min it temporizes with 2s then supports hearts if responder doesn't raise spades.
I think this is weird and non-std, but probably playable.
