What's up with the 2N call, hiding the heart support and not actually having a club stop?

Yes. 4H should have a chance to make and all bid 4H i think.

E/W GIBs at all the other tables got to 4H, but somehow my 2♣ overcall talked East out of showing support. I don't understand why.

Actually without 2♣ GIB rebid is 3♥ as invite.

2♣ just triggered a bug, fixed so it will be able to use same call instead of hiding the support.
