2♠ X p 2NT p 3♣ p 3♦ (and the like, I assume) GIB thinks the range is 4-9. If you hold 0 you go home and cry to mom?

Fixed. It will show now -- 4+ ♦; 9- total points same for ♥ in this auction

Actually GIB would bid it with 0-3TP, but explanation showed different.
