woops robot, please explain your bid

In a matchpoint robot tournament, the bidding with dealer west, was pass, pass, 2s, 3h, 3s, double. The explanation of the double by robot partner was responsive showing 2 or fewer hearts. Partner had a 4,3,3,3 had with 4 diamonds. Sounds more like a support double.
