GIB's System Notes indicate that GIB plays Fourth Suit Forcing to game except for 1-1-1-1. I expected that 1 would at least promise another bid. What would 2 have shown instead of 1?

2 might need correction, because with the current meaning of 12-13TP and likely 6-5 pass is not due bug, but likely simulated decision.
