GIB's System Notes indicate that GIB plays Fourth Suit Forcing to game except for 1♣-1♦-1♥-1♠. I expected that 1♠ would at least promise another bid. What would 2♠ have shown instead of 1♠?

2♥ might need correction, because with the current meaning of 12-13TP and likely 6-5 pass is not due bug, but likely simulated decision.
