Partnership practice

I have been told that BBO has a facility for setting up partnership practice sessions that can focus on certain types of hands or certain conventions. This sounds like a good way for a partnership to hone its skills and iron out kinks in the partnership agreements.

I have been unable to figure out how to set this up. Can someone show me where there is a tutprial or give me a simple, step-by-step outline?
