GIB Directors A fix for those who want to play rather than GIB

A common wish is to play the hand rather than GIB and Fred has said it can't be done because of some poor planning in the original software.

My idea is have some special directors who are called only to remove GIB and the player from the hand and then allow them to reseat (GIB doesn't really need to reseat) in opposite sides. Assuming there isn't forced redeal then the player would be able to play the hand rather GIB and if desired reseat later.
