4NT over 4 Heart opening-Question what does gib play

when opps open 4 what does GIB play
4NT overcall to be?

and would the same rule apply over 4 opening?

Over 4, double is takeout, so presumably 4nt should be minors, although it doesn't seem to be well described in the database.

Over 4, GIB uses 4nt as a 3 suited takeout, and dbl is presumably penalty, although the double also seems poorly described.

Double of 4s as penalty is kind of an ancient standard; I'd prefer it go to the modern standard takeout, with 4nt being any two-suiter.
