Larry Cohen's precision cc lists a convention called "Umjuno". Can someone educate me on the meaning of this?

I had the same question.
Per an email from Larry Cohen, umjuno is where 1D-2H = 5 spades + 4 hearts less than invitational and 1D-2S = 5 spades + 4 hearts invitational.

And what does the name mean?
My guess is: "Unusual Major Jumps - Usefulness Not Obvious"

actually, fred and brad play it (or used to, anyway), and has written about it in a positive light, but i *think* they play it after both minors... so 1c/2h(s) and 1d/2h(s) show the same hand type... unless i'm mistaken, he calls it reverse flannery
(i play it also when i can find someone interested... just because of that magic word 'flannery'

I play it too, and call it Rodwell-jumpshift (how many names are there for this convention?).
Larry Cohen doesn't play it over 1C because they play precision.
Larry Cohen doesn't play it over 1C because they play precision.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.
