GIB doesn't currently distinguish regular and jump overcalls in this case. The cue bid shows a limit raise or better: 3+ H; 11+ total points; forcing to 3H
It would probably make sense to require more after a jump overcall, since the overcaller's upper limit is much lower. What do you think it should be?

Thats why I was asking, cause we have good controls and heart fit, were forcing to game to distinguish between advancing the pre-empt(with only hearts) and showing its our hand.
It looks like once you cue bid which is forcing to 3♥ then bidding 4♥ shows 22+points....so the cue went from showing 11+ to 22+ once you support partner.
everyday there is a learning adventure with GIB on a hand or two....thats why I am asking the question....cause the initial cue started off showing one thing then morphed into something else.
