2. Unlike what ppl said before i didnt show all i got, i have 5 hearts and i only showed 4 and this is critical. Also thier being unvul suggest bidding if i think we can make, if it was bidding 3H over thier 2sp i might have taken it, but this is not the case here, 2sp is not thier contract, they will corect to 3c, now its a 3 over 3 decsion, which i dont think i have enough for, also now partner has another bid, with some extra hcp he will double again, or bid 3h with 4 heart and club shortness. if he dont have extra there is a good chance we will go down in 3h.

I would not overcall on the first round. This is matchpoints, we are vulnerable, and if partner raises I might go for 200 against just a partscore.

I would not bid 3♥ now, nor would I have bid 2♥ last time, LOTT or not. First, partner's reopening double can be (and often is) light. If I had bid only 1♥, the odds are good that I could now be BIDDING only 2♥ over 1♠, which would describe my hand perfectly.

Finally, partner heard my overbid of 2♥ and choose to pass over 2♠. The fifth trump does not give me the right to bid again here, LOTT or not, especially at matchpoint. And partner rates to have 3 or 4 ♠ on this auction, so they are in a 6 or 7 card fit at the two level. Even if partner has 4 ♥s, which he may not, the total tricks is may be 9+6 = 17, so it has already been overbid. At matchpoints, down two in three hearts or one doubled will be a total disaster, and they are likely not even in their best fit, as they probably have eight clubs or eight diamonds. Who knows, your lho may have only 5 crappy spades and is thinking 2♠ here implies a club fit but rho is not on the same wavelegnth, so your partners very light balance got them out of +110 (1♣ making 3) into 2♠ down one (-50 for them)... and even if they make 2♠, that might be equal to 3♣ making and less than if they can make 4♣. DONT HANG YOUR PARTNER for balancing.

Sorry I misread (actually forgot what the auction was) auction. Yes, partner hasn't had a chance to bid yet... but even still, I would pass here.... as you say all the more reason to pass.... opener has stuck his neck out with a four card spade suit, and they maybe in even a shorter trump suit.
