RKCB GIB Misbids again!

GIB uses RKCB for one suit then passes in a 4-1 fit in another suit.

4NT is not RKC in this auction, the description is "Quantitative invite to 6NT -- 12-14 HCP". If it wanted to raise , it could bid 3 -- this is game forcing after a reverse, so it could bid blackwood later.

Right. And for better or worse, it assumes 5S is pattern.

That bid shows: 5+ D; 4+ H; 3 S; 21- HCP; 18-22 total points; likely stop in S

So it looks around, and chooses between Pass and any slam.

It usually chooses 6S, but the rest of the actions (not 6C!) are also occasionally chosen.

You can click on any bid made by the robot to see what it thinks it means. Likewise on any bid you're about to make.

This is not always true; as an example, it is not true in Express Automated Fun tournaments.
