I got confused - 3NT is explained as no 3rd heart, and 4♥ as exactly 3......
In any case, 4♥ doesnt make a lot of sense, GIB should be cue bidding or signing off in ♦.

Actually, the 3N bid is explained as "no 3rd H" and also "3 H".

It's glitch in the explanation. 3♥ should be 2♥. It will be corrected.
