What is the point of the 4H cue bid if it does not agree diamonds?

4♥ comes after not other suitable call to give.
3NT requires 13HCP, GIB has 12 here.
3♠ will require 14+
4♣/4♦ ( if you have opened 1♣ ) is 17+
Diamonds are not yet approved as 4♥ just shows points. So 4NT is as described - it's not a bug.
4♥ doesn't seem too pretty here with that hand, but tough hand to give the safest call with North's hand.
Anyway, it will be reconsidered for better attitude toward such jump overcalls at 3rd level.
