Humourous screwup I usually spell it humorous by the way

Seems like the 3 don't explain properly the hand as no reason to be 100% twice rebiddable ( 6+ good ) hearts as is still in the range round forced by partner. It could be just 4+ with 10-11 unbalanced. It will be investigated for better continuations of each side.

Hard to decide which is worse - the definition of East's 3H bid, which supposedly is now promising extra length in clubs and diamonds as well as good hearts (so practically needs 14 cards), or West's pass of 3H with the known double fit in each minor. Indeed 3NT is cold double-dummy.
