This was part of a gib tourney (Total Points if it matters), what do you do here?

I don't have all the options to hand, but you can assume 5H is a generic slam try and 4NT is RKC (you will get a 5D reply showing 1 if you do this)

Just double, GIB will get so confused it will leave in and you'll get a great score. I'd expect opener is near bust. Anyway if GIB does correct just double whatever he bids- he's vulnerable so you do well. I'd wouldn't think there is slam- your hand isn't that fantastic against the trash that GIB preempts on.

Even playing against humans, I'd probably just double. I don't give my chances of making slam to be so large (it's not awful...needs a couple marked finesses, KQ 7-times of spades and a club honor with partner) so I'll just take my vulnerable penalty (it'll be good enough if all the finesses are on, and low risk if the finesses are off).
