It's a supposed to be hand which is rather invitational.

Seems like bug with two things, should be 10-12TP(and likely 10-12HCP, as with 12+TP would bid NewMinorForcing and then decide whether to bid game if 1NT is on max 14 or pass on 2♥ or to bid 2NT balanced invite or bid game with any GF values which North might having).

So the length and ranges seems incorrect. It will be fixed.
