I don't have any suggestion for this problem; I'm not even sure if it's worth fixing, but here's the problem:

When in 4th seat with 3 passes to you, the misclick of a pass cannot be undone.

The only solution I can think of would be an option of an "are you sure?" pop-up to be applied whenever you are in the pass-out seat, but I would not like that as a default as personally I would find it annoying; but it might be something that people would choose such as "auto-play singletons".

Off-topic comment: "auto-play singletons" should not be an available option at all as it forces a player to breach the Laws in terms of even tempo of play and gives up serious UI to partner that the card just played was a singleton.
Disclaimer: The above post may be a half-baked sarcastic rant intended to stimulate discussion and it does not necessarily coincide with my own views on this topic.
I bidding the suit below the suit I'm actually showing not to be described as a "transfer" for the benefit of people unfamiliar with the concept of a transfer

Are you using the download version? BBO took care of that issue over a year ago:

The next version of the web-client will include a short delay of random duration when there is at least one other human player at the table who is not the dummy (and no delay if robots are in the other 3 seats or if the only other non-robot is dummy).

How about when the board is passed out, have a 5-10 second delay before moving to next board? In this timeframe, any player may undo.

The next version of the web-client will have new options for "confirm bids" and "confirm cards". These options should be helpful for those who are concerned about misclicks.

I doubt we will be doing anything to specifically address misclicks that result in a passout.
