Team Games

Team games allow comparison on both offense and defense, therefore eliminate any advantage gained from the particular deal. The imp scoring is natural and intuitive. Team games would be a welcome addition and should be viable with the great number of players on BBO.

They do exist, but with a seemingly nonfunctional lobby. How can I organize or join a game if I cannot chat with others wishing to do the same? Because of this I have never managed to actually play in a team game. They cannot all be made up of 8 people who know each other and scheduled in advance, so there must be some way to do this, but I have not figured it out.
