not supporting second suit

I thought it happened twice tonight, but I can only find one of them. I open a major, the bot bids forcing 1NT, and I jump shift to 3. The bot has 4-card club support, but instead bids its own suit. For example:

In this case it worked out OK, since clubs runs into a 5-0 break.

FWIW I don't think 3D is that bad a bid, certainly a lot better than your pass....

Yeah, I wasn't crazy about passing, but couldn't figure out what else to do, since I didn't have a spade stopper for NT. Annoyingly, the players who did bid 3NT got helpful defense that never took their spade tricks.

The nice thing about playing with robots is you don't have to worry about partnership trust when you take anti-systemic actions.
