as a competitor-and very appreciative of the efforts Time- patience-for little or no reward.

Can we get some standard procedures set up in a "Tutorial"
one that should be read and "I accept" at the time of registering to the site.

English spoken ONLY.
If an opponent or your partner becomes red-we know, await our handling of the matter.
Dummy to remain Silent, until the last card drops.
Please welcome subs-and advise them whats happened-if they are declarer-at trick 5.
Please do not abuse one partner-Opponent--T Director.ZERO TOLERENCE.
If you leave the table put in BRB-or a bann may be implemented forever.
Please read the individual Tourney rules.

That will sort the Chaff from the wheat------Standard Procedures.....

You think "English only" should be a system-wide rule on BBO? Even tournaments run by BBO-Turkye, BBO_PL, and similar groups?

Dear pirate22,
How many of the players who don't comply with these rules is because they ignore them? 1%? I think I'm exaggerating! Except done to language, where I agree with Bbradley62, no player ignores he shouldn't talk until board is over, and he shouldn't abuse pd, opps or TDs. About the subs, TD should ponder and adjust the board when possible. A sub should not be left to finish a hand without thorough information, and sometimes time doesn't allow it.

I think BBO and world wide-its accepted the language is English,as laid down by the WWBF
have no problem if certain events are for Turkish players,or any other language, for that
matter-but it should be stated--"This is a non spk english event"
