Did someone tell West-GIB that 3NT should be avoided whenever possible at matchpoints?

This is a bug. unlikely to be solved soon. GIB should be smarter about bidding 3nt.

Singleton H is least as good as Hx or HH which would fit with the bidding if West GIB's hand was 5/5 Hearts and Clubs with predominantly aces and kings- favours suit contract over NT.

You just need to implement Hammann's rule. ;)
