How to reach 7NT

At our club yesterday we picked up the following hand.



This scored us just a little over 50% because a lot of people got to 7NT. How did they manage that?

Same auction then East bids 7NT would be 1 way. Even better would be to double 3D and put it 9 off for 2600 :)

Having said that, I have no idea where the 7D bid came from if S did overcall 3D.

Lol i messed up the diagram. West makes 3♦ of course :P

Anyway thx of course East can just make 7NT
