Using HotKeys Use a HotKey to get to Tournament Management

According to the Help pages there are various HotKeys available.

One of then is <Ctrl>+T, which should :
1. Call up the "Tournament Management Box" when host or TD of a Tourney (or a Teams match)
2. Call up the "Table Options Box" when host of an ordinary table.


No 2. (above) works fine, but I can not get No 1. to work.
Instead, I get the chat to Tourament box.

What am I doing wrong?

How can I hit the "TABLE" button in a Tournament or Teams match using only my keyboard (NOT my mouse)?
