I don't see it. AFAIK gib doesn't understand the concept of count on defence? (does it?)
Since E thought it important to hold on to the club 3 there was no perfect count information on this hand, was there?

GIB doesn't know how to make "what-if" inferences like that.

The stupid thing is that GIB is pretty good at GIVING count on defense. Why does it bother if it doesn't make use of it?

Also, if East would simply discard its last club, West WOULD have a complete count. It seems like it's holding on to it to avoid an end-play, but it doesn't have a throw-in card so what's the problem?
