New GIB CC

There are some mistakes in the new GIB CC:

1. The "5-card majors common" box shouldn't be checked. The system notes specifically say it doesn't open NT with a 5-card major.

2. GIB plays Sandwich 1NT, but this isn't in the notes or CC.

3. Over 1M-2M, GIB plays that the next step is an unspecified short suit game try, responder bidding the next step asks which suit.
