I have 3 suggestions for making BBO Convention cards better.

First: Make the screen wider. Should be 1/2 page wide so you can see entire section. Possibly make screen resizable.

Second: Allow typing right up to end of field. Typing is stopped about 3/4 into field, there is more space which could be used

Third: Allow user to print the convention card. Useful to have a reference sheet that you can look at without opening a window

Hi Steve,

Welcome to the forums.

On your 1st:
The convention cards are resizable - you can drag the edges to make them bigger or smaller, and you can make the font size bigger or smaller. (Smaller font makes more of the cards visible in a page)

2nd:
Interesting. Not sure why either, I'll ask for you.
(Edit to add: K the answer is too technical and changing this too difficult, so this is likely to have to take a back seat to other software improvements.)


On your 3rd suggestion:
This is a oft requested feature that we've tried to do, but is a lot harder than it looks, and we never succeeded. However, we recently got another idea about how to let it print, so will probably make another try at it sometime soon...

ectfully I think you are thinking of a different program, I cant resize

you can make the font size bigger or smaller - again I think you're thinking of a different program, there is no where to change the font size

In the web client, the CC's definitely are resizable. Drag the bottom right corner.

But I don't see a way to change the font size.

Thanks, i got it to work. It doenst resize like a standard window. Must use bottom right hand corner only

Re font size: not sure how I missed it earlier, but there are two big buttons at the top left: Smaller Font, Bigger Font

yes see it now shows up whwn you show convention card not while editing

May i add a 4th suggestion...can the profile space be a little more accomodating,an extra line or two???
is there a reson why this is not possible ??

Possibility to have an update on "Printing CC ?" or" Saving locally CC"

As for me, I am not able to resize the CC windows. Am barely able to drag them...

I confirm: I cannot resize the CC's...

A printing option would be very usefull.
