If you made the spades something like JT9xxx I would be all for 4S, but with xxxxxx we just need 3-card support from partner too badly to do anything other than bid 3S.

IMO 3♠ = 10, _P = 8, 4♠ = 7, 4♥ = 6, _X = 5, 4♦ = 3, 3N = 1.
