Yes I do agree with 4S. I have no idea what partner is up to here. If her 3S bid was some kind of cute action, then be it on her own head. I am bidding 5S.

What type of hand can bid this way but not opened with 2? 6-7-0-0? Even then, it is quite shocking to make a non-forcing 3 followed by slam try...

That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.
