Heya everyone,
I was wondering if you can help me. I'm going to do an internship at UCD for three months and I'd like to play bridge at a club in Dublin. Now I know I can probably subscribe at any club, but I prefer not to play at a club only consisting of LOLs. Is there anybody from Ireland who can tell me which clubs are suitable for me?

Thanks!

Miriam

I'm not from Ireland but I have visited the Bridge Centre at Templeogue House in Dublin and I don't think you'd be wasting your time to stop by there and ask the locals.

And definitely check out the members' bar downstairs.

Top clubs in Dublin are Regent and Bankers; both have websites and you are most welcome. Regent play Wed/Fri, and Bankers Tue/Thu, but run regular competitions, so you'd have to give advance notice. Feel free to contact me gbsimpson21@gmail.com, and i'll happily play any system u desire.
If u let me know your location, I can tell u a club near you. Also check cbai website for all events/competitions in Ireland in general. Cheers.
