Positive quota exceeded? But I have never rated a post before!

I tried to vote a post (Free's response to the "interpret this double" post) up, but got the message that it failed because my quota of positive ratings (or something like that) for the day was reached. However, I have never rated a post before.

I am using chrome and connect via a http-proxy server. I have not logged in to bbf on different user names from this computer and it must be more than a year ago that I have logged into bbo on a different user name on this computer.
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

At the moment, everyones quota both positive and negative is 0.

Basically this new gadget is not active up to now.

There is a post from Rain, saying that activating this feature is not top of the list, but somewhere among the top 10.
