I am not giving you official BBO advice.
But my solution for temporarily at least - so that you can log on to BBO - would be to create a new account, like *kurby1* and assign yourself a new password for that name. Later, if you remember your old password, you can resume signing on with your old name again.

to retrieve your lost password you should email on support@bridgebase.com
write the nickname which password you've lost and the current you're using including your current password.
when the identity is confirmed you will have the password emailed back to the email in your profile.
no need to make request for the password online, you won't get it by chat.
