Is there any place I can get the results of the Rosenblum? The WBF website isn't being updated it seems.

The Wednesday Bulletin is on the website now, it has the scores even though the results page on the website is still blank.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

The links page on ecatsbridge has a few sources for live scores, one of which seems to be taking a live bridgemate feed and has very timely information.

Does anybody know in which way/key teams will be seeded after RR? or there will be only random pairings drawn by lot in R64?

According to today's Bulletin:

"At the end of the round robin in the Rosenblum and McConnell, the knockout phase will begin. The brackets will be formed taking into account both the WBF master points and the ranking in the round robin."

Warning: rant.

I find the WBF results pages very difficult to navigate.

I went to:

http://www.worldbrid....10/Results.htm

and clicked on Rosenblum Round Robin Results, to get to:

http://www.worldbridge.org/tourn/Philadelp...Results/RRO.htm

then selected cross table rank for group A, to get to:

http://www.worldbridge.org/tourn/Philadelp...sp?qtournid=855

There seems to be no way to get the basic information of who is on these teams from this page. Nor can I navigate from this page to the "results" or "participants" page.

I back up until I have a "participants" option and go to:

http://www.worldbridge.org/tourn/Philadelp...articipants.htm

and then select "world knockout teams" to get to:

http://www.worldbridge.org/tourn/Philadelp...qtournidend=870

where there is a drop down menu and a "show teams" button. I select "all" and click the "show teams" button and nothing happens. Nor does anything happen when I select a specific country.

If I can't get a participants list and I can't find out who is on which team from the results pages, how am I supposed to figure out what team which players are on?

I agree that WBF site seems hard to use. I've found this site:

http://www.swangames.com/magic/magic/www.p...h=0000000000111

To be very easy to use and cross-reference--and for the teams I wanted to follow that weren't on vugraph I could get up to the minute updates.

There is little doubt that my team, British Lions, will be one of the least known and probably holds the fewest WBF masterpoints. However we did win our group, so our seeding will be an indicator of how important the round-robin is relative to reputation past performance.

That was my main complaint in my thread on this topic.

The Butler scores for each pair are all on one page, and the team name is there for each pair too.

IMO, it's a pity that Cardsharp's British Lions have drawn the Irish Green machine. A bit frustrating for the losers to travel all that way to be eliminated in a KO first-round local-Derby. Anyway, Good luck Cardsharp!

It's also a pity that the Irish are quite good. But go get them Paul!
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

And unfortunate that the irish having led their group for a long while finished 3rd in the end, or they wouldn't have got this draw.

Amazing that the WBF can't do a better job with results. It isn't the software because the same thing was used by the EBL for the European in Ostend and the service was good. No results other than in the bulletin for the round robin for two days and a results service vastly worse than Swan Games. They really ought to get a grip and produce something worthwhile. I fear that the spectators have joined the players as really not very important in the world of the WBF.

Probably WBF totally rely on the services provided by Swan Games resultwise. And this is OK for me but it will be better if there is a link for live score in the WBF webpage too.
