This used to be my favorite event on the calendar, but less and less clubs in my area are doing it, so I can't play in it this year.

Yes, I saw that page. It would take me 1.5 hours to get to the closest of those. 2.5 hours to get to the second closest. I don't want to think about how long it would take me to get to Lancaster!

I like this event too. Last year was on a Wednesday, and I missed it because the one nearby Chicago club with a Wednesday night game doesn't like to run special events. Fortunately it's on Thursday this year, and I'll be playing.

How about just WITHIN the westside? It's taken me 45 minutes to get from Westwood to Beverly Hills!

I haven't played this in so long. I won my first gold point ever in it, and it was pretty special because it was with my mom. I remember she let me play on a school night, and it was close to my birthday.

Just looked it up 9/17/1997. Epic. My mom musta been really good lol.
