Bad tournament directors How do you complain about bad TD's?

I was just playing in a tournament and was DUMMY ! My partner was playing slowly, opps complained and I was thrown out . Clearly TD did not even check who was the guilty party. He/she should get a warning. How does one do that?

When a TD has many calls, it can easily happen that he misreads the situation and is not aware of who is the dummy. If a TD does this I would assume that it is an exception and inform him by private chat about what had happened. Nothing else.
