Why do so many BBO players false finese?
i.e. from Axx where x isn't a 10, Qx or Qxx they lead the the Q- almost zero chance of an extra trick. Sure there are rare circumsances where it makes sense like tossing a less dangerous opponent into the lead.

Chinese finesses do occasionally work.

Nicest is to lead the J off dummy when you have
KJTx
opp
xxxx in hand
And RHO is the dangerous opponent. You pick up Qx basically 100% of the time. Of course sometimes it suffices that LHO gets on the lead first, so you' pick up' Qxx as well.

... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

the answer to the original question is that most people on BBO are very bad players

I like the variant of K432 on the deck and J1065 in hand. Small to the J and if it draws the A drop the doubleton Q offside.
This one was particularly pleasing, as I managed to perpetrate it against a partner of mine, having told him about it a couple of weeks before.
