I'm looking for software that can calculate the probabilities of hands based on shape and strength variables. Preferably one with specific lengths in a specific suit length and overall shapes as possible inputs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are some odds calculators built into the BBO web-client and it sounds like one of these may do what you are looking for.

After you log in, click "My BBO" then "Hands and results" then "Hand editor" and then "Deal source". Then click on (say) the "North" tab and specify the constraints for the hand type you are interested in. Then click the "Odds" button.

Sometimes it will take a second or two for the answer to be computed.
