Yay, situation is completely resolved and everyone is happy. There was no revoke, which the nos figured out by themselves, and they apologized profusely to all. The player who did the interrupting apologized to that player, and I told them that I had handled it badly but that my director forum set me straight. And now we all know how to deal with delayed revoke calls.
