Scoring: IMP

1♦-(3♣)-?

All players are experts.
Partner opens 1♦ playing simple 2/1. RHO preempts with 3♣. What now?
If you double , what is your plan if partner bids ♠?

If you pass , and it goes 4♣ from LHO, PASS, PASS to you - do you take any action?

I bid 4♥. Slightly better than passing and then bidding 4♥.

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the ♥3.

is about doubling and bidding hearts

sorry no thoughts of my own at the moment, but the thread is 100% funny and has a lot of interesting ideas.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

I forgot to add that I'd pass over 4♠.

I'd pass initially, disregarding any value the ♣QT might have. If LHO raises clubs and it comes back to me, I would mentally thank him and bid 4♥. Hopefully LHO is not a tricky player, raising on a doubleton club.
