2NT Leb , intending to play 3♦.
I have sympathy for (a courageous?) PASS , especially if it's MP.
I don't like 2♠ - that is too likely to get raised , or to be a 3-3 fit.

If this isn't a bad hand with 4 diamonds, I will pretend it is ---and be blissfully "insane". Leben, then 3D is just fine, though I suspect it won't go that way. Either Lefty was lying in the bushes to belt anything, or partner has a great hand.

an argument can be made for pass, 2♠, or 2NT. Remembering the adage that "TOX are for taking out" I would go with 2NT over 2♠

2S for me. If I'm going to have to play a 4-3 fit I'd rather do it at the 2 level in a major than at the 3 level in a minor.
