South deals and the auction starts:
1♣-(1♠)-DBL-(P)

According to the script, NT rebids show:
1NT=12-14HCP
2NT=3-6♣; 2-6♦; 2-5♥; 2-5♠; 20-21HCP
3NT=3+♣; 5-♥; 5-♠; 20-21HCP

What about 18-19?

Since we're talking about balanced hands rebidding NT, I'm asking about 18-19 because 15-17 would have opened 1NT.

I ran into this one today. I bid 2NT with my 19 count and it worked out OK.

In addition to 2NT being 18-19, not 20-21...

Can I really have 5 or 6 ♦? Wouldn't this mean I opened 1♣ intending to reverse, so I should have more ♣ than ♦? Would I really rebid NT with 5♥ after partner's negative double?
