What does NF mean? Does it promise constructive values or can it be as weak as QJ10-6th and out? I hope the former so I will bid 2NT.

yeah constructive but not forcing.

Always 2H, then 3D, unless partner raises 3H/4H.

1. I must have a bid to show a strong hand with no spade support. To me this had been 2 ♣. I may even had found 4 ♥, but....
2. If I do not have one, I had choosen 2 ♦ too.
3. I had passed 2 ♦- no success either, but maybe I a not used to partners who bid 2 ♦ with so strong hands....
