Scoring: IMP

Just for interest, here are all 4 hands.
Personally after reading all the replies and I appreciated it, I feel that 3 is the correct bid. The reason for this feeling is to pass or bid 2 gives North/South too much room to explore further. Your combined trump length is also a sort of protection if you should get doubled. . . but I can be proofed wrong here.

I follow the law for unbalanced hands, your hand is balanced. For balanced hands I bid a trick less. If your hand would contain a singleton somewhere I would bid 4, with a balanced hand and a 5 card I bid 3.

Isn't 4 down on a lead?

And 5 goes down only 2.

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

 You might consider bidding 5 if the opponents reach 4. It is -800 tho if the ace is offside, tho. I just don't want to stir them up to begin with. This is not a bad hand for an audacious psyche. At least you have a half-assed desperation landing spot at 5 if things get out of hand.

3, don't know why a) people are considering the actual hand, one hand proves nothing or b ) why anyone would offer themselves up at the 5 level...

Of course, now that I've seen all hands.

Not sure what I'd lead at the table, but I think is definitely one of the choices.
