or other similar hand, what is the best bidding?

it may be too strong to bid 1/1/1(0-8 or 9hcp),
but 2/2/2 (9-11 HCP)seems always promise 4 card + suit
1NT(6-9 HCP)/2NT(10-12 HCP) seems always promise a stopper
the last choice is 2, but it usually shows an opening hand strength(12-13+HCP)...

With 1 and 2 I just bid 1.

With 4 I gotta bid 2.

With 3 I am happy to bid 2 if playing Dutch style in which I can pass whatever partner bids as it would show a minimum. But playing American style (cue is forcing to suit agreement) I think I am too weak for a cue and bid 1.

Seeing as I am not a huge believer in stoppers, I will try 1NT on these hands. Obviously it is possible that partner raises me to game and we are off the entire club suit, but then, the clubs could also be 4-3 or LHO could choose not to lead them or partner could have Ax or Kx or something.

1NT except on the last one, 2.

I don't think 1NT should promise a stopper here.
We are rightsiding it almost regardless of what we have and we really want to play it from our hand holding Qx/Jx/Tx and the like.
I think it should be the case even after "real" 5+opening (like 1H/1S) let alone nebulous 1 where opener doesn't even promise clubs.

1 on the first, 1NT on the rest. The range of your 1NT advance basically depends on your doubling style. For me 1NT = 8-11. Since hand 1 is "less than perfect" ;) I deduct a point.

Yep. 8-10, but that flat 11 is ok. We agree, so we are probably both wrong. If opener has one of those hands with a big trick source which wants to blast 3NT with a stiff club, maybe she will do it differently.

obviously the opener 1cl has also a big problem as well as you,but not really.hands 1 and 2 ...... I would bid 1n/t.
Hand 3 and 4 Trusting partner hand 3 ..........I would bid 2n/t
hand 4 .......... I would bid 3n/t.
and let the 1cl bidder plan his defence on any of the replies,at least your partner knows you have no 4 card major.

Interesting .... I see the reasoning for 1NT rather than 2. A Moysian with the short clubs with the 4-card trump won't play very well so we might as well hope that p has a stopper. And/or clubs are 4-3 or on a really good day 3-3.

1N for all. I can see downgrading the first to 1 if you want, but I'm certainly not upgrading the last with 3334 and no stopper for our most likely NT game.

So, how did this hand become "extremely embarrassing"?
