2-level transfer followed by 4nt responds incorrectly to quant 4nt

After a two-level jacoby transfer is completed by the bot, the bot indicates that 4nt is quantitative. But after the 4nt is made, the bot responds as if it's keycard blackwood, giving count of keycards.

2h 4nt <--- says it's quantitative
5h <---------- says it's 2/5 keycards, no queen

GIB is accepting the invite and showing keys on the way and I am guessing it is not an error in explanation. GUESSING, so wait for ari to say what it really is, but in real life such agreement is a common one, to show keys on the way when accepting.
