I am happy to pass and also would pass even if I could bid a natural 2NT. Once in a while the opps make, but I think it far more likely that we can't make anything we end up in and that we set 2♠x.

I think they will make about one time in 4. Still I pass.
Probably if we can make 3NT we can collect 500+ and I don't want to go automatic minus if partner is weakish.

I pass and feel good about it. I'm happy to be a passed hand too since partner's minimum is a bit higher.
