Password Reset Can support reset password

Can I request password reset to BBO Support?

You can change your password yourself. Click on your own name in lobby, or if you are using the web version click on your name in the top right corner of the screen. This will open your profile menu. You type the new password there, re-type it in the next tab for confirmation and click on "OK" or "save changes".

Thanks for your reply.
I wanted password reset because I have forgot the password. Also, the password is not saved in my internet browser. So I need password to be reset by BBO.

In that case the answer is yes :P You need to write to support@bridgebase.com. They will not answer in the forum, you must email them.

They says "Sorry". asking me to create another login.
I guess it can not be reset.
