Scoring: IMP

Pass-(Pass)-1-(Pass)
1NT- (Pass)-3-(Pass)
3NT- (Pass)- ?

Do you agree with 3? What do you think is the best bid if the auction has proceeded thus far?

I don't agree with 3 and now I pass. If partner thinks about bridge the was I think is best to think about bridge, he has both suits well stopped.

I would rather bid 3C than 2C. It is not difficult to construct hands where partner will pass 2C and you are cold for game. Whether to pass now is another question, but I think I will. Partner is likely to have a stiff S on this bidding.

Really hate 3C, but have to live with it and pass, now. Preempting my CHO with this hand is not something I want to do. Would rather take the chance that she passes 2C. We probably belong in 4S, where there will not be brutal transportation issues; but we will never know on this auction.

Ron, 3 is great if we nail a big fit, and if partner was about to pass 2, however, many feel its better if we try to box our hand, and not treat this hand as a GF.

I wouldn't GF on this. If I had AKJxxx x x AKxxx then I would.
