Good question. Where are they? Unless we are playing weak NT, the opps have 22-24 HCP and haven't chosen to enter the auction. Considering we have ten hearts, this is strange.

RHO has diamonds and opening strenght, not to worry because we only have 1 diamond.
I'd say LHO is also likelly to hold some hearts, but since partner promised 2 it is impossible

After a beer I would bid 2♣ from W, but only after 5 or 6 beers would I bid 1♠ from E. Not sure after how many but I would sometimes double from W.
