Team play wanted Showing interest in joining a team

Since joining BBO several months ago I have not been able to play in a single teams match . At Pairs you have the facility to put your name on a list saying you would like a partner.
Why is there nothing similar for teams ? I would like some way that I can show my interest in being a member of a team.

If you are using the Windows client, you can enable Lobby chat. There are a lot of people asking names for teams in the lobby chat. Contact any of them and tell them you would like to play. You will find a game.

If you are using the Web Client, I think there is not much you can do(as of now)..
